Eye exercises and healthy food for eyes

Hello friends,
We are in daily exposure to screen via laptop,mobile,tablets,computer which weaken our eyes somehow.
So today we come up with some eye exercises and food which can keep your eyes healthy.
Take out 5 minutes of your day daily for eyes exercise and see the benefits. 

Eye exercise:-



Healthy food for Eyes:-

   1)Carrot:-
     

It is loaded with beta carotene which is very essential for preventing degeneration of eyes muscles,which gets more chronic as you get older.

2)Spinach:-                                                                                       



Spinach contains high volume of Lutein,which prevents cell damage.Lutein makes your muscles stronger and helps to prevent infections.

3)Sweet potatoes:-                                                                          

Sweet potatoes are storehouses of many vitamins essential for eyes like vitamin A,beta carotene, potassium, Vitamin C and fiber etc. which prevents eye damage and restores damaged eye cells, back in to good shape.

4)Nuts and Dry Fruits:-                                                                   

Snacking on nuts like almonds, apricots, cashew nuts etc helps in reducing help risk related to your eyes and vision as they are rich in vitamin E,which help in preventing cataract and eye muscle degeneration.

5) Eggs:-                                                                                       

Egg yolks are high in lutein,a type of carotenoid that helps fight muscular degeneration,the leading cause of legal blindness.Eggs also contain zeaxanthin; an antioxidant found in egg yolk and is believed to help protect eyes against damage due to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

 The other food that you can have are oranges,lemon,fleshy  fish,broccoli,turkey..
